BLOOM - A Spring Retreat - October Long weekend

SOLD OUT - Thursday, September 29th - Monday, October 3rd, 2022

Join Laura, Oceane & Chef Cade At Wybalena Organic Farm in the Byron Bay shire.

Over the course of our 4-nights & 4-days together, we will explore both the depths and the heights of what it means to be fully ALIVE. Through the ancient practices of Yoga (Yin & Yang), Breathwork and Contemplation we will journey through the layers of our being. These practices work to illuminate our inner landscape. With time and devotion we start to tap into our original nature - our innate ‘genius’ - the spirit you were born with.

Although a deeply solo pilgrimage there is real power and magic that occurs when practicing in Community. As a collective, we start to see those invisible threads that bind us all - our interconnectedness - our common unity. It is our hope and intention to bring a group of precious souls together in community. To deepen connections to ourselves, the planet and each other. To play, to laugh and to go slow. Ultimately, it is to create the space to experience our wholeness.

Wybalena is a slice of paradise. This stunning 170 acre organic farm resides on Arakwal Bundjalung country. It’s been purpose-built with sustainability and our planet in mind. The natural beauty of the land here amplifies the feeling of our interconnectedness. It works to unwind you on the most subtle level, facilitating the gradual soothing of your nervous system. You will start to access a much deeper rhythm - a kind of ‘slow’ - an inner-peace.

There are different accommodation options to cater to different preferences and budgets. If you’d like to find out more, please hit the button below and I’ll get in touch. I’d love to have you join me for our final retreat together this year.

June long-weekend Winter Retreat, 2022

SOLD OUT - June 10th - June 13th

Join us on this 3-night, 4-day Winter escape nestled in the foothills of St. Albans on the Hawkesbury River. It is our intention to create a safe container for you to explore your self; away from the hustle and hum of your daily life, you’ll find the space necessary to reflect, replenish and restore. Under the watch of the full moon, we’ll dive deep within to touch our hearts through the gateways of Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and contemplative practices. Days will be squishy and fluid but you can count on 2 daily practices (one Yang and one Yin), ample free time to wind down or explore local hiking tracks and 3 mouth-watering meals prepared lovingly with local, seasonal and organic produce by Simon Favorito from My Conscious Kitchen.
