Private Yoga Lessons

Yoga is a spiritual practice and personal journey. There are infinite reasons why people begin Yoga.

They range from improving sleep, stress and mobility to ‘my doctor told me to start Yoga’. 

While Yoga is for every body, it’s not a ‘one size fits all’ practice though it can seem that way when you step into a Yoga studio. 

Private sessions are designed for you.

Instead of pushing or imposing things upon your body, we adapt to what is present for you on the day in order to free-up the flow of energy. 

One-on-one sessions will set you up to maintain your own safe, consistent and well-informed practice.

Sessions can include:

  • Yoga & Meditation

    Private sessions are a great way for beginners to develop sustainable movement patterns and for seasoned practitioners to level-up and refine.

    If you’re curious about Yogic philosophy and what it means to ‘live Yoga’ off the mat, these sessions are for you too.

  • Breathwork

    Your breath directly affects your Nervous System which in turn affects how you perceive your reality and how you feel.

    Depending on the technique, breathwork can help to reduce stress, improve your immunity and give you access to greater clarity, vitality and inner-peace.
