Mentoring for Yoga Teachers
Because why do it alone when we can go so much farther together?
Let me back you.
Supporting you to refine your teaching and navigate purpose, burnout, and the business of yoga with integrity and heart.

Who is this for?
Whether you’re seeking quick advice or long-term guidance, I am here to support your growth as a teacher.
Maybe you’ve been teaching for a couple of years and are feeling the effects; fatigue, burnout or loss of inspiration.
Or maybe you’ve just completed your YTT and are ready to take the leap. Either way, you’re in the right place.
(Think of it like having a cheerleader/a sounding board /seasoned friend in your corner)
This is for you if:
You’ve completed your 200hr training, you’re keen to teach and unsure where to start
You’re teaching already and you’re getting tired / can’t find inspiration for your own practice / navigating unexpected student or studio dynamics
You’re FROTHING in the teaching role but you’d love some guidance, feedback, and someone to riff with about ALL the things
You’re craving rich conversations (and a couple laughs), with someone who’s done it before, that are honest, grounded, and heart-led.
Ways we can work together
There are two ways we can jam; it depends entirely on your needs.
You might already be teaching and need quick, practical advice on your teaching career OR, perhaps you’ve recently completed your TT and you’re looking for structured support to help you confidently step into your role as a yoga teacher.
The Tandem Deep-dive

Teaching essentials (sequencing, cueing, class planning)
Building confidence and navigating imposter syndrome
The business side of things (pricing, marketing, boundaries)
Building community and student connections
Personal practice and growth

managing your own energy and inspiration,
marketing yourself,
You will leave with clear, actionable steps to move forward.
This is perfect for those who want immediate clarity on a particular topic, now.

A Personal Note
Teaching Yoga ain’t always what it may seem to be. I know firsthand the self-doubt, the overwhelm, the imposter syndrome and at times, the loneliness that comes with this role. Particularly in the beginning when you’re hungry to share your passion for the practice and trying to get a foot in the door.
I don’t have all the answers [by any stretch of the imagination] but I do have 7 years of teaching experience across some of the most loved studios in Sydney and Melbourne. This has in turn gifted me with seven years of learnings - the gritty and the glorious.
Recently I found myself in a ‘coaching capacity’ on a yoga teacher training - a role I never aspired to be in - and yet, I loved it! I found it incredibly inspiring and energising to jam with these upcoming teachers; to be their cheerleader and offer support and ways in which to ‘sharpen their teaching claws’.
I’ve been lucky enough to have epic mentors in my life. With every mentoring session I’ve had, they’ve made what can feel like an isolating ‘job’ feel far less lonely; they stoked the flame of inspiration for both teaching yoga and living life; and they reminded me of my significant and insignificant role in the grand scheme of things.
These sessions brought connection, perspective and belonging.
It would be an absolute pleasure to foster these things with you; to help you feel grounded, confident and supported as you find your unique path.
